Every AI-assisted step follows the same auditable pipeline. The application stays fully usable with AI switched off.

Both demos run on the same live Frappe/ERPNext foundation with a fictional Swedish factory — Småland Profile Systems Demo AB. No login is needed; each visitor gets an isolated, resettable workspace with synthetic data only.

For operators and quality teams. Free-text observations become structured production deviation reports: the copilot extracts values, suggests classification, detects missing and contradictory information — and you review every suggestion before a real ERPNext record is created.
AI Technical Support & Asset Service Desk
For IT and technical support teams. Describe an issue naturally; AI triages it, links registered devices, asks clarifying questions and cites approved knowledge. Humans confirm the ticket, work it through a real workflow, and record a verified resolution that can become reusable knowledge.

Engineering background, operational focus
Yaser Salha is an application engineer for industry and the vehicle sector, based in Hultsfred, Sweden. The work spans IT operations, networks and user support to custom operational systems — always with the goal that the customer keeps control of code, data and knowledge.
